Throwing

Beginning pottery

Learning the basics of how to throw a vessel, the general properties of clay and glazing. Class fee includes a bag of clay, glaze materials and use of kiln. Session begins every 4 weeks. Tuesdays 1-3:30



Pottery 101

After you learn to basics of throwing advancing to this class is the next step to throwing a more refined vessel. Class fee includes a bag of clay, glaze materials and use of kiln. Tuesdays 5:15-7:45



Intermediate Pottery

Furthering you exploration of a vessel and the wheel this class will take your skills to greater heights. Creating forms that you might never thought possible! Wednesdays 6-8:30

Hand Building

Hand Building 101

In this class you will learn the properties of clay, how to manipulate the clay by using three basic hand building techniques; pinch, coil and slab and how to glaze your pieces. The instructor will give group and individual instruction. Fee includes four (4) 2 hour sessions and material fees. Mondays 10am-Noon.



Hand Building 102 & 103

In this class you will continue your exploration into the depth that hand building offers. Taking more time with finesse and technique with each individual piece the instructor will give group and individual instruction. Students are expected to sketch their ideas. Fee includes four (4) 2 hour sessions and material fees. Fridays 10am– Noon.



Class Fee $145 All sessions are ongoing, join at any time!
